As the owner of Stinnett Services LLC, a landscaping and site prep company based in Lincoln County, Adrian brings over 20 years of professional experience and more than 30 years of hands-on know-how from working alongside his father, a general contractor.

A Lifetime of Experience

Adrian officially launched Stinnett Services in 2023, but his journey began long before that. “I’ve been doing this type of work since I was a child,” he shares. Growing up learning the trade with his dad gave him not just skills, but a deep appreciation for what it means to shape land and create spaces that last.

A Creative Passion for the Outdoors

While Stinnett Services handles a wide range of projects—from site prep to land clearing—Adrian’s favorite jobs are recreational properties. “I enjoy working on hunting properties because there’s not a blueprint,” he says. “We can get creative with how we make the property more accessible and enjoyable for the owner.” This creative freedom is where his passion shines, blending utility with vision.

Rooted in Lincoln County

Adrian’s story is also one of resilience. In 2012, when a tornado destroyed his home in Alabama, he relocated to Lincoln County. Drawn to the beauty of the Mimosa community, he put down roots and has loved the land ever since. This past summer brought another milestone—Adrian recently got married, making his ties to the community even stronger.

The Entrepreneurial Drive

Like many business owners, Adrian started Stinnett Services with the hope of finding freedom and building something of his own. “I wanted my pay to be based on my efforts,” he explains. While he admits business ownership doesn’t always feel like freedom, it gives him the opportunity to build relationships, take pride in his work, and deliver results that matter.

Community is a big part of Adrian’s story, which is why he became a Main Street member. “I wanted to get my name out in the community and be part of the community that has welcomed us,” he says. For Adrian, being part of Main Street isn’t just about visibility—it’s about connection.
